Payment Terms
All orders required a 50% Deposit and Balance due on completion of the order.
We accept Master Card, Visa, Money Orders, and Company Checks.
 
Production and turn around time of orders.
No orders will be processed without signed work order and as well as signed art proof sheet either faxed or emailed to us.
*Screens remain the possession of Zen-Graphics.
*Legal fees and court cost incurred in the collection of monies owed according to the policy will be borne by customer.
Art Requirments
Zen Graphics is here to serve our customers in all there graphics needs and services.
Camera ready art work is define as Color-separations for film output.This would include the following file formats .eps,.ia,.psd or .cdr
If you do not have Camera ready art work we can provide this service to you at a charge. Please check with your sales representative, for an estimate art charge for your project.
Shipping Methods
We use the following shippers, UPS and the Post Office. All claims due shipping damages or shortages due to broken or open packages must be placed with shipping companies. Zen Graphics is not resposible for those damages.
Returns of goods
Returns of goods due to irregularities must be made within 3 days receipt of goods.
No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number from our customer service with no exceptions!
Warranties
Disclaimer of Express or Implied Warranties.
Zen Graphics warrants the work is as described in the work order. The customer understands that all sketches, copy, dummies, and preparatory work shown to the customer is only illustrate the general type of quality of the work. They are not intended to represent the actual work performed. All orders must have a sign proof sheet on file before any orders are processed. All work must be proofed. Any mistakes that are not on proof sheet is the sole resposibilities of Zen Graphics.
